Creating a Resilience & Wellbeing Action Plan

Looking after our wellbeing is an important part of maintaining good mental health, both at work and in our personal lives. Everyone experiences periods of stress, pressure, or emotional challenge, and understanding how these affect us can help us respond more effectively and seek support when needed.

This action plan has been designed as a practical self-reflection tool to help you explore your own wellbeing, recognise the signs that you may be struggling, and identify strategies that support your resilience.

By completing the activities in this action plan, you will have the opportunity to:

You can complete this exercise at your own pace and return to it whenever you need to review or update your wellbeing plan. The exercises are intended to encourage personal reflection and are for your own use. There are no right or wrong answers.
